Revising and updating the Afghan Constitution.

The current Afghan Constitution was written quickly and with too much influence by foreigners who did not understand the cultural and practical issues in the country.  A key to improving Afghanistan's economic and political situation after the 5 April 2014 elections is revising the Afghan Constitution to decrease the concentration of power within the office of the president, increase the regional input for the governance of the provinces and even converting to a parliamentary system.
